A three-star review describes a couples massage where the two were put in separate rooms, with very bright lights and music that was too loud and of poor quality, and considers the price too high for what they got. More seriously, a one-star review describes a stay at the same centre: a basement room next to the staff area, mould in the shower area, no hot water and heating that did not work with 10 degrees outside, with reception indifferent to the complaints and the full amount charged upfront.
