Plincuvin is the wine shop + wine bar combo on Vlaicu Pârcălab — the largest Moldovan wine selection at one address in Chișinău (400+ labels covering all 4 regions: Codru, Ștefan Vodă, Valul lui Traian, Bălți). The "drink in or take out" concept: any bottle from the shelves can be opened on site (small cork charge) or bought for home. Sommelier on duty daily for personalised recommendations (by budget, acidity preference, occasion). Weekly themed tastings (Friday evening) with guest producers: Castel Mimi, Et Cetera, Asconi, Crama Mircești etc. Unpretentious atmosphere, perfect for learning about Moldovan wine without pressure.
