Terms of use
By using g0.md you agree to the terms below. We wrote them as plainly as we could; if anything is unclear, write to [email protected] and we will explain.
What g0.md is
g0.md is a digital guide for the Republic of Moldova — a catalog of places (restaurants, bars, events, monuments, rural escapes) with intent-based search, AI recommendations, and day planning.
It is NOT a booking platform. We do NOT process payments. We are not intermediaries between you and the venues; we just handle discovery and the display of public information.
The core service is free for end users. Vendors who claim their page may opt into future premium features (direct review notifications, detailed analytics); any fee will be announced in advance and will not affect end-user access.
Account and access
You can use the catalog without an account. For personalized features (saved plans, favorites synced across devices, +Plan, ♥, vendor accounts) you create an account with email + OTP code.
You must be at least 16 to create an account. If you find that a minor has created an account, write to [email protected].
You are responsible for keeping access to your email. If you lose it, contact us and we will delete the account.
Content you create
Reviews, photos, plans, and comments you publish remain yours. You grant us a free, revocable license to display them on the site and use them to recommend places to others (all user-generated content stays attributed to you).
What is not allowed: illegal content, defamation, spam, aggressive self-promotion (vendors praising their own venue without disclosing affiliation), photos without rights (from other sites without the photographer's permission), explicit content, harassment.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates the above, without notice. Repeated violations may lead to account suspension.
Vendors and claims
Many vendor profiles are created by us from public sources (place directories, OpenStreetMap, local press). The real vendor can claim the page via the "Is this your place? Claim it" link in the footer.
We verify claims by email from the vendor's official domain or by supporting documents. Once approved, you can edit: tagline, description, phone, hours, photos, review responses.
You cannot edit: GPS location (Google provides the coordinates), rating (computed from aggregated reviews), cluster membership (internal mechanism).
The vendor is responsible for the accuracy of information published through their own account. Legal liability for the vendor's products/services lies with the vendor, not with g0.md.
AI and recommendations
We use AI for: vibe analysis of photos you upload, concierge suggestions, drafting vendor descriptions. These suggestions are automated and can be inaccurate or biased.
Recommendations ("for you") are based on your activity and similarity to other users. They are purely informative — final choices are yours.
You are solely responsible for what you decide to do after reading a recommendation (going somewhere, eating something, spending money).
Limitation of liability
g0.md is provided "as is". We do our best to keep information accurate, but we do not warrant that hours are exact, that a place is still open, or that a photo reflects current reality.
Before going somewhere that matters to you, check directly with the venue. We genuinely appreciate it if you report inaccuracies to [email protected].
We are not liable for losses, damages, or unfortunate experiences with venues. If you have a problem with a place, resolve it directly with them; we can help you with contact info but we are not a party to the relationship.
Conduct rules
Do not use g0.md to automatically scrape data, overload the server with requests, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts.
Do not publish advertising or promotional content without disclosing affiliation.
Do not use the g0.md name or mark without written permission.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant (affecting your core rights), we notify you with a banner on the site or by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
The current version is the one shown here. Continuing to use the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes are first resolved amicably; if not, by the competent courts of Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.
Your rights under local consumer protection (Law No. 105/2003) and data protection (Law No. 133/2011) are not affected.
