Povestea

Castel Mimi e proiectul ridicat în jurul moșiei lui Constantin Mimi (1868-1935), ultimul guvernator al Basarabiei și pionier al viticulturii moderne moldovenești. Astăzi e un wine resort complet pe 10 hectare în Bulboaca (Anenii Noi): hotel boutique, restaurantul Bufnița Albă + sala Sala Boierilor, wine SPA, magazin de vin, gradini și un labirint de pivniție subterane temperatura-controllate. Brandul produce serii distincte: «Seria Simbol» (inspirată din motive textile moldovenești), «The Governor» (flagship din vintage 2018), plus «Elemente», «9 Muses», «Diva», «Chéf». 30.000 de vizitatori pe an din 80 de țări — cel mai vizitat estate de vin din Moldova. Drumul ~45 min de Chișinău, semnalizat. Pachetele variază de la tur familial cu joc pentru copii la sesiuni de connoisseur sau weekend romantic în resort.
