Merită pentru camping lângă lac sau pentru o zi la piscină. Recenziile sunt calde despre gazde și despre camping, dar unanime că partea de hotel e slabă.
Complexul Turistic Costești e un complex de familie pe malul lacului Costești, cu piscină, restaurant și o zonă de camping. Recenziile îl descriu ca primitor mai ales pentru rulote · un cuplu de campări străini povestește că a fost întâmpinat călduros, a parcat lângă complexul de piscine și a avut priză de curent, dușuri bune și bloc sanitar separat. Gazdele, Veronica și Victor, sunt pomenite pe nume. Restaurantul e folosit pentru nunți, iar mâncarea e descrisă ca bună. Se poate și mic dejun. Un vizitator scrie că partea cea mai bună a locului e chiar lacul. Partea de hotel e criticată dur și repetat: mucegai, tapet care se dezlipește, camere necurățate după oaspeții anteriori, aer greu și praf. Dacă rămâi peste noapte, recenziile te trimit spre camping, nu spre hotel.

“Nice wedding venue, friendly staff and food is lovely. The hotel part is horrible, moldy fridge, wallpaper peeling off, mildew in the bathrooms, rooms not cleaned from previous guests and had to be promoted to turn it around after we went up to the room! Made feel unwelcome at breakfast, 2 tables set with placements and cutlery for some conference they were hosting that morning…”
“Awesome place for foreign campers! Once we found reception, we received the warmest welcome. We parked right at the back, on the side of the pool complex, where we found an electricity plug we were welcome to use. Great pool, fab showers and a separate toilet block by the rear parking area. “Good place to stay for maybe a few hours, wonderful decor and scenery, the food is decent, but unfortunately the rooms are horrible. The pool is also okay-ish, the best thing there being the lake.
