Бутик-отель на улице Алексея Матеевича, недавно прошёл ребрендинг и ремонт, с чистыми, удобными номерами и завтраком. До старого центра около 15 минут пешком, район тихий. Большинство отзывов после ремонта хорошие, хотя качество работы стойки регистрации меняется от смены к смене.
