Женский монастырь Святой Троицы в Руди расположен на берегу Днестра, в лиственном лесу у северной границы Молдовы. Комплекс хранит многослойную историю: древнее круговое земляное укрепление «Фарфурия Турколуй» (Тарелка Турка), природный водопад в лесу в нескольких сотнях метров от ворот, и спокойный ритм монашеской жизни. Для входа в церковь требуется скромная одежда — женщины должны быть в юбке и с покрытой головой. Атмосфера здесь глубоко созерцательная. Монастырь особенно красив на закате, когда свет пробивается сквозь деревья и отражается в Днестре. Доступ сложный: дорога разбитая, может потребоваться внедорожник или готовность пройти последние километры пешком.

The site holds a rich history and numerous archeological artefacts including an ancient earth-clad circular fortress known under the name Farfuria Turcului (Turk's Plate). “A very quiet place in north of Moldova. It is a monastery for women and there is quite big list of rules if you want to enter there. We must need to have a skirt and something on their head because without it you can’t enter there.”
