Vinăria Poiana — семейная винодельня, основанная в 2003 году в селе Улму (район Яловень), в винодельческом регионе Кодру, на усадьбе, спрятанной на поляне среди лесов. Раду Рада выращивает 11 сортов на 36 гектарах глинисто-известковых почв и производит около 25 000 бутылок в год — игристые, сухие белые, розе и красные. Игристое Poiana Rosé Brut получило золото на Effervescents du Monde, а Fumé Blanc — серебро на Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. Посещение по предварительной записи, на территории есть агропансион.
