What defines it, per the reviews, is that it is not a fitness room: one practitioner says plainly that if you actually do yoga, this is the place, because whole yoga is taught here, with all the philosophy behind it, not just the postures. Another describes it as a place you want to come back to and where you find the right people. There is a contrary view too, in a two-star review: a practitioner declares themselves very disappointed and says the instructor struck them as materialistic rather than spiritual, adding that they do not recommend the place. Worth bearing in mind: the deeply spiritual approach may not suit someone looking only for physical exercise.
