Per the Arena's site, the aqua centre is open Monday to Saturday from 6:00 to 22:00 and Sunday from 6:00 to 20:00, alongside a tennis club and fitness; you get there by trolleybus 32 or buses 2, 37, 47, 48 and 52, which stop at the Arena.
