A winery with underground galleries in the village of Brănești, in Orhei district, a few minutes from the Orheiul Vechi complex. Open Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00, at weekends 11:00-16:00. No website · visits are arranged by phone. Reviews describe it as "probably the best wine cellar in Moldova", smaller and much less famous than Cricova or Mileștii Mici, but "with such an interesting history" · a great place to learn the history of winemaking in Moldova. One visitor compares it to "going to the underworld from Stranger Things, but in real life" and recommends it to anyone with good taste in wine.
