Bucovina is a combination rarely found in a Moldovan village - a small winery (Cahul-region local wines) in a two-story building and a meat-and-charcuterie shop that runs as a mini-market under the same name ('MEAT HOUSE' on the signs). The brick building with red corrugated roof and arched windows is a landmark on the main road. The stock - cașcaval, sheepfold sheep cheese, smoked house salami, lard, bottled Bucovina-label wine, plus farm products from Văleni.
