Chi Wok is the fast-casual pan-Asian concept opened in 2019 on Vlaicu Pârcălab, where you build your plate at the bar like in a Singapore noodle bar: choose the base (fried rice, rice noodle, wheat noodle, udon, soba), the protein (chicken, beef, prawns, tofu), the vegetables (broccoli, peppers, shiitake, bok choy, Chinese cabbage) and the sauce (teriyaki, sweet & sour, kung pao, Sichuan spicy, satay with peanuts). The wok is made on the spot, over live fire, in under 4 minutes. Beyond wok: steamed bao buns with char siu pork or karaage chicken, steamed or pan-fried dumplings, Vietnamese salads. Clean modern atmosphere (shared tables, industrial design with red accents), fair pricing.
