A winery built in 1875 by Dimanovici, a Polish boyar, and in the 2000s part of the Doina Vin family business. It works 200 hectares of its own vineyards in the Codru region, on fragmented, well-aerated relief, with vines averaging 8 to 12 years. The portfolio holds 10 European and 2 local varieties · in white Fetească Albă, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Traminer, Muscat and Rkatsiteli, in red Fetească Neagră, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir. Production runs on Bucher presses, stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels, with a bottling line rated at 6,000 bottles an hour.
