Te Wā means "time will tell" in Maori, per its own site. It is a limited-edition wine label started, again per the site, by two women. The site describes low-intervention winemaking: grapes 100% hand-picked into 10 kg crates, work with small grower farms from pruning through harvest, very little commercial yeast, no fining and no filtering, few or no additives. The wine list runs from the 2018 vintage to 2023 and covers Fetească Neagră, Rară Neagră, Fetească Albă and Fetească Regală, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Saperavi and Malbec, plus an orange called Cidro, a brut blanc de blancs and a Fetească Neagră called Glou Glou.
