Casaroz Bar

Small bar on Columna street, open only in the evening, from 18:00. Reviews call it, more than once, the best cocktail bar in Chișinău, and the reason is always the bartenders. A guest who came from Riga recounts that every cocktail was presented in a distinctive way, that the bartenders always knew what to recommend, and that almost all the ingredients are made on the spot, which makes the experience special. The menu has both classics and original recipes, and one guest describes it as far from obvious and very interesting. The bartenders are happy to talk about what they serve. The place has a vintage feel, with the design, the music and the cocktails praised together, and there are card games on the tables. The appetisers are appreciated, but it is worth knowing what one guest says: they are not sure the kitchen is open every day, so check first if you are coming for food as well.
