SHIFT Bar is the minimalist concept opened in 2021 — interior with exposed concrete, neon lighting, oak tables and a long central bar where the team prepares cocktails in plain sight. The 12-cocktail menu changes 3 times a year, focused on seasonality (sea buckthorn, sour cherry, cherry, lavender, rosemary) and Moldovan ingredients with contemporary mixology techniques: foams, gels, long infusions, house syrups. Beyond signature cocktails, classics (Negroni, Manhattan, Boulevardier) with premium spirits. Curated Moldovan wines and a small tapas list. Young trendy crowd, vibrant but not loud atmosphere, ideal as the first stop of a downtown bar-hopping night.
