The story

Cave Lounge is the bar with the largest windows in Chișinău, opened on the Eugen Doga Pedestrian — 4 m sliding panes that open onto the pedestrian street in summer, low marble tables, dark green velvet armchairs, warm ambient lighting. The 24-cocktail menu covers everything from classics (Negroni, Manhattan, Daiquiri) to modern recipes with local ingredients (sour cherry, sea buckthorn, rosemary). Plus Moldovan and French wines, champagne, charcuterie boards and cheese platters. Summer brings local DJs (deep house, lounge electronic) Thursday and Saturday, turning the space into an after-five lounge for central expats stopping after work.
