The rooms are described as fairly large and clean, with comfortable beds, and the cleaning staff are appreciated separately. From there, complaints recur across two two-star reviews. Both fault the soundproofing: one guest says the walls are so thin you hear the neighbour sneezing, and at weekends the hotel restaurant is used for events. They also flag the absence of a lobby, the sparse room fittings, with no kettle and only a soap that doubles as shampoo, and the breakfast: slow service, and anyone arriving later misses the full spread. One guest says the airport transfer was forgotten.

“I spent 3 days in this hotel. Oh my gosh, one of the worst hotes I've been to Dark room, uncomfortable bed, some kind of staircase outside the window, very poor sound insulation. Small, very cramped shower cabin. No toiletries except for soap (which also serves as shampoo). Towels are thin and small. No bathrobes. Trash wasn’t taken out every day. There’s no kettle in the room…”
