Sheep and goat farm with hands-on experiences: milking, cart rides and traditional cauldron meals
Plimbare cu căruța prin dealurile Breanova + muls capre + picnic cu plăcinte coapte pe vatră și compot de casă
A sheep farm in Breanova (~40 min from Chișinău) with shepherd's-hut visits - kids meet the sheep, learn how cheese is made and taste country produce. Authentic farm life, away from the city.
Cristian's family farm in Breanova welcomes you with warm pies fresh from the oven and cornelian-cherry compote, then takes you through the village and hills on a horse-drawn cart. Children pet the lambs, try milking the goats and listen to stories about shepherding, while adults enjoy the view toward Orhei National Park. The visit ends with a picnic of hearth-baked pies and homemade compote, prepared by the family, with a panoramic view over the villages of Orhei district. Ideal in spring and autumn, when the hills are green and the flocks go out to graze.
