An artisan cheese dairy of the GastroFerma project, in the village of Pohrebea, Dubăsari district. The cheeses are made by hand from farm milk, and the shop divides them into three · exclusive, aged and soft. Tastings are held. One of them is described by a participant as led by the cheesemaker himself, Andrei, with the owner Adrian present, in a warm atmosphere. Reviews consistently mention the quiet, the clean air and the sunsets, and describe the place as an escape from Chișinău that takes little effort.
