The goat farm at Pohrebea · sweet goats to feed with coins, steep prices, weekends only
A baggy of food bought with goat coins and an hour among the goats of Pohrebea
Worth it with children · sweet goats everywhere, to pet and feed freely. Come prepared: the entrance is considered expensive, and a baggy of food cost 80 lei, per one visitor. Friday to Sunday only.
A goat farm to visit at Pohrebea, in Dubăsari district, at Strada Păcii 103, open only Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 to 19:00. No website, just an Instagram page. Reviews recommend it above all with children: goats everywhere, sweet and not at all aggressive, which you can pet freely, very hyper-focused on food · "but I suppose that is the point". Animal food is bought with "goat coins", exchanged at the entrance; a tip from reviews · feed them in a group, otherwise they surround you. The place is described as colourful and beautiful, a taste of rural life. The most repeated complaint is the price: the entrance fee is considered unreasonably high, and one little baggy of food cost 80 lei, one visitor writes. Another admits that, being "in the middle of nowhere", it is probably the only entertainment around.

As many of the reviews have said before me; the prices are VERY high. 80 lei for one little baggy of good where the pieces are cut up in large pieces. You can’t bring your own food, though, so if you want attention from the goats you’ll need to be prepared to pay. Othe…”
“I would agree with many other reviews that the prices are unreasonably high, especially their entrance fees But then again, you are in the middle of nowhere. This is probably the only entertainment around there. So the owners are trying to maximize their profits. I would still say that it is a great place to visit with kids, especially city kids. They will find it to be fun an…”

If you buy food to feed the animals, make sure you're feeding them with a group of other people - they will overwhelm you and try to climb you all at once to reach the snacks you're holding if you're doing it alone. There are plent…”
