Authentic Neapolitan pizza with 48-hour fermented dough, baked in a wood-fired brick oven
Neapolitan pizza with 48-hour proofed dough, baked in a wood oven — perfect Margherita
Authentic Italian cuisine in a converted old house with rustic charm, where thin-crust Neapolitan pizza is fired in a wood-burning brick oven. The Margherita showcases the perfect balance of San Marzano tomato sauce, fiordilatte mozzarella, and fresh basil, while the slow-fermented dough develops complex flavors and the characteristic airy bubbles. House-made tiramisu comes layered with just the right measure of espresso and amaretto, served in a glass. Intimate atmosphere with vintage furniture and well-curated music – perfect for a relaxed evening or a romantic dinner for two. Expect slightly higher prices than average Chișinău dining, but the quality matches the cost.

“Wow, so good! I always try the Margherita pizza first when I try a new place. It didn’t disappoint! Loved the rich taste of the dough. The flavor was well balanced and just the right amount of cheese and tomato sauce. Their tiramisu was also among the best. Tasted really home made. And just the right amount of coffee and amaretto. So good!”
“Delicious food, but at very expensive prices considering local wages. The pizza arrived in good condition. It had lost some of its heat, but a slice was still manageable, and Glovo, the intermediary, is responsible for that. However, the delivery process itself took a very long time. The Neapolitan pizza itself is far superior to American, Roman, or other Polish creations. Wate…”
“Authentic Italian brick oven pizza, very comfortable and interior design. It's basically an old house with unique rustic style. The pizza was delicious and thin crust. I'd definitely go back again for a slice.”
