Topit Turnat is the niche wine bar dedicated to natural and author wines - a rare concept in Chișinău, opened in 2022 on Sciusev street. The selection (90 labels) focuses on small Moldovan vintners working with minimal intervention, no added sulphites, spontaneous fermentations (Crama Mircești, Equinox, Vinăria Pomușoară, Vinia Crăineș) and imports from Georgia (qvevri), Slovenia, Austria and France (orange wines, pet-nat). Bartenders specialised in natural wines, willing to explain the process. Small tapas menu paired with wine: farm cheeses, artisan charcuterie, preserves. Underground-elegant atmosphere, warm lighting, old oak tables, very specific crowd (foodies, oenophiles, expats). The only place in Chișinău where you can constantly drink Moldovan orange wines.
