Castel Mimi is the project built around the estate of Constantin Mimi (1868-1935), last governor of Bessarabia and pioneer of modern Moldovan viticulture. Today a complete wine resort on 10 hectares in Bulboaca (Anenii Noi): boutique hotel, Bufnița Albă restaurant + Sala Boierilor, Wine SPA, wine shop, gardens, and a labyrinth of temperature-controlled underground cellars. The brand produces distinct series: «Simbol» (inspired by Moldovan textile motifs), «The Governor» (flagship from 2018 vintage), plus «Elemente», «9 Muses», «Diva», «Chéf». 30,000 visitors per year from 80 countries - the most-visited wine estate in Moldova. ~45 min drive from Chișinău, well-signposted. Packages range from family tour with kids' play area to connoisseur sessions or romantic resort weekends.
