Worth it for a tasting at a small family winery · Sauvignon, Merlot and a blend praised by a connoisseur, plus oak-aged grappa, at prices considered reasonable. Arrange the visit in advance and ask for directions, there is no sign on the road.
A private winery at Hagimuș, in Căușeni district, at Strada Dacia 15a, with wines under the Tribuna Wines brand. No website, just a Facebook page. Hours shown daily 9:00-17:00, but visits are arranged in advance. Reviews are few and very good. A visitor from March 2025 describes a compact, cosy winery where the owner's wife welcomed them; they tasted a white Sauvignon, a red Merlot and a Merlot-Cabernet blend, "beautifully folded in the bouquet", recommended to connoisseurs of quality Moldovan wine. The owner also makes grappa, aged in an oak barrel, sold in a matte bottle sealed with wax. The same visitor notes one of their Merlots won a gold medal and bought a few bottles. Others call it "one of the best wineries in Eastern Europe", with good quality and reasonable prices. One practical minus: there is no sign on the road, and the visitor could not find it the first time.
