Minis Terrios is a small, family-operated winery led by Dan, a passionate winemaker who welcomes visitors strictly by appointment. Each visit turns into an entire evening of conversation about Moldovan wine, terroir, and the export trade, paired with tastings of premium bottles—including the rare 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Icewine, one of Moldova's standout dessert wines. The atmosphere is intimate and personal: this isn't a standard tour but a one-on-one experience with the owner in his own production facility.
