GUD Sea Food brings a rare concept to Chișinău — a Mediterranean restaurant with fish displayed on ice at the entrance (daily selection from the Mediterranean, Atlantic and Black Sea: gilthead bream, branzino, bluefin tuna, calamari, scallops, prawns, lobster) which you choose and have prepared grilled, salt-baked or raw (tartare/carpaccio). Cuisine draws from Dalmatian, Greek and Italian coasts: seafood paella, squid-ink risotto, linguine alle vongole, cold platters of oysters (Fine de Claire) and urchins. Strong white wine list (Fetească Albă, Sauvignon Blanc, Vermentino, Sancerre) focused on fish pairings. Elegant marine atmosphere, ideal for romantic dinners or business meetings.
