Kayakingtours.md is one of Moldova's leading kayak operators, with its own base on Lesnaia Street (Vadul lui Vodă) and a fleet of dozens of yellow kayaks (single + double), life vests, paddles and helmets. It runs scheduled, GPS-tracked trips on the Dniester (between Țipova and Saharna, around the big bend), on the Răut (through the Orheiul Vechi cliffs) and on Lakes Costești and Ghidighici. A typical trip - 4-6 hours on the water with a riverside lunch break, an instructor-guide for technique, transport to the launch and back to Chișinău (~800 MDL). Private sessions for couples, multi-day expeditions for groups. Best from May to October.
