Worth it for the Turkish cooking, above all since the menu was revamped. Bring cash too: one guest says card payment did not work.
Turkish restaurant on Cuza Vodă street, open daily from 11:00 until 1:00 at night, with a terrace and free parking. The recent reviews are better than the older ones: a guest who had not been impressed the first time says the menu has been revamped, that everything was very good and that vegan dishes have appeared, useful for a friend who previously found only chips. The aubergine salad, the lahmacun with cheese, the lamb skewers, the sea buckthorn tea and the kunefe are recommended explicitly, and the Turkish coffee and the baklava are called excellent. One guest notes that the food is halal and appreciates the colourful salad that comes with every meat dish. There are complaints too. A two-star review faults the service: wrong dishes brought, guests ignored, fish that was not quite fresh and burnt, plus freezing washrooms. “It was my second time there. I wasn’t a big fan of the food the first time but this time around they have revamped the menu. The food was absolutely delicious. Every item was made to perfection. They have introduced vegan items on the menu and it was so good since one of our friend was vegan and last time we went there it was just French fries for her.”
