Brut sits at Strada Mihai Eminescu 55 in Centru and is open every day from 8:00 to 1:00 at night, per Google. Its own digital menu describes it as a cafe built around a champagne selection, and the menu bears that out: the sparkling section runs past 100 labels, from 300 lei a bottle, Moldovan ones from 370, up to champagnes above 10,000 lei. Everything is sold by the bottle · there is no sparkling wine by the glass on the list. Breakfast is substantial. The menu lists 13 breakfast plates between 95 and 220 lei, three of them on sourdough bread, plus add-ons: salmon 75 lei, avocado 60, shrimp 50. There is also a seasonal soup, three salads, croissants from 40 lei, classic desserts and a separate gluten-free and lactose-free dessert section at 40 · 60 lei. In the evening the menu turns to tapas, tacos and sharing boards for two at 330 · 460 lei a set, plus 13 cocktails at 130 · 150 lei, eight of them built on sparkling wine. Coffee is 40 · 65 lei, with plant milk adding 15 · 25 lei. All five Google reviews with text come back to the friendly staff and the attentive service. One review praises the pastries, “amazing tasting pastries”, and calls the room clean and calm, another calls the interior wabi-sabi, another says it is the relocated Atypic, another praises the wide selection of local and international sparkling wines. Breakfast is described as excellent, tasty but simple and no-nonsense. No review with text reports a problem. Google puts the spend at 200 · 300 lei per person and marks the place as reservable, with outdoor seating.
