Tourist Information Center is the official tourist info centre of the Moldovan government — office on Ștefan cel Mare Boulevard 83 (across from the Cathedral, central), operated as a Moldova.travel partnership. Services are 100% free — regional maps (north, centre, south), brochures in RO/EN/RU/FR for each main destination, multilingual guides giving personal recommendations (have a pension? how long do you have? what interests you?), free Wi-Fi. The place is a must-stop for any foreign tourist on day one — guidance without commercial agenda, official sources. Note — they do NOT book tours or accommodation, only inform. For booking they point you to private operators (Moldova Tours, Azenta TOUR etc.).
