One visitor describes it as well maintained, with friendly staff, background music and a surface large enough not to get crowded even at peak hours, and another says it is the biggest rink they have ever skated on. At the other extreme, a one-star review from November describes worn skates, some with broken laces, and uncleaned ice full of bumps on which people fall constantly. A third review, of three stars, complains about crowding, saying there are too many people on the ice to skate. It is worth asking about the state of the ice beforehand, especially if you are going with children.
