Bardar is one of Moldova's oldest divin (Moldovan cognac) distilleries, founded in 1929 by German entrepreneur Miller in Bardar village (Ialoveni, 25km from Chișinău). Top-3 producer in the country, with 4M bottles/year capacity. The distillery's philosophy is summarized in the motto «Only grapes, oak and patience» — no additives, just three base white varieties (Aligote, Rkatsiteli, Sauvignon from GI Divin region) aged 3-25 years in premium oak barrels. The Nobil brand represents the wine line (Fetească Neagră flagship), and the main divin collections are Silver, Gold and Platinum. Vintage stocks up to 25 years available for tasting.
