Mixed Gagauz-Moldovan-European menu + Gagauz wine list + local atmosphere
Boulevard is the central restaurant of Comrat, opened on Lenin 203a — meeting point of Gagauz capital residents and tourists (★4.2 from 768 reviews). Mixed cuisine focused on Gagauz specialties (gözleme, kavurma, manti, lokum) plus traditional Moldovan (zeamă, sarmale, mămăligă) and modern European options (pasta, pizza, salads, steaks). Informal small-town atmosphere, 70-seat salon, 40-seat summer terrace. Wine list focused on Gagauz wines (Wines of Comrat) plus standard Moldovan selection. Accessible prices (200-400 lei/person). The typical place where Comrat residents meet for business, celebrate anniversaries or come Saturday evening with family. Staff speaks Gagauz/Romanian/Russian. Less ethno-themed than Gagauz Sofrasi in Congaz, but more convenient for those staying in Comrat city.

“Really enjoyed our lunch here and the server was so kind. Genuinely surprised at how fine this restaurant café was in the middle of Moldova and even more pleasantly surprised to find an enjoyable sushi roll on the menu.”
“Food was decent, service was decent until the end when coffee was brought to us we didn't order and we were charged for. The waitress took it off the bill when she realized we were not drinking it. Didn't like this. It seemed like a sneaky way to get more money from tourists.”
“First time with Boulevard in Comrat. Atmosphere was ok. Staff speaks Russian. Food was so so. We ordered homemade potatoes and grilled vegies and were too brown (almost burnt). Well... not too happy in the end. Loud music and other blender noises.”
- Traditional atmosphere, not trendy
- Less ethno than Gagauz Sofrasi
- Crowded Saturday evenings
