The Crihana Veche village museum is one of Lunca Prutului's surprises — a collection of over 300 artifacts gathered by villagers across 40 years, including an authentic 2nd-century BCE Greek amphora, Roman coins, Thraco-Getic objects, and medieval ceramics. Ethnographic section: costumes, tools, loom. The director is the village school teacher, who gives the tour personally (in Romanian/Russian) — come at midday when he's present. Donation-based entry.
