Crama Mingir is a family winery in the village of Mingir (Hîncești district), founded in 2021 by Nicolai Olarașu, out of a wish to revive the local winemaking tradition through honest, small-batch wines. It works with white and red varieties - Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Hibernal - and the Alb de Mingir blend (Aligoté, Fetească Regală, Viorica), respecting the natural character of the grapes.
