Grapeland is a small modern winery founded in 2021 in Bălțata (Criuleni district) by Igor Belibov, with oenologist Marcel Bălan. From 1.2 hectares and 7 grape varieties they make around 12,000 bottles a year: barrel-aged red blends (Unison, Sublim, Tenebro), an author white (Alchimic, from Fetească Regală and Alb de Onițcani) and Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc varietals. It is a niche production with no tasting space for visitors.
