The UTM planetarium - a small astronomy projection hall in the university park, with public shows a few days a week, in Romanian. Worth it as a one-hour activity with kids who love the stars; check the schedule and book, it's modest in scale.
The UTM Planetarium is a small astronomical projection hall located in the technical university's park, accessible with individual tickets and by reservation, with scheduled public shows (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday). Presentations are held in Romanian, using a dome projector (not a full digital planetarium system), and the tour includes a short telescope observation session on clear days. Suitable for school groups and families with curious children, and telescope observations require advance booking. Evening is the optimal time for lunar and planetary observations.
