Pensiunea Doina și Ion
Wine-estate pension with private vineyard in Dănceni, Ialoveni
Terrace dinner over the vineyard + 200+ Moldovan label tasting
Worth it for a romantic escape or anniversary close to Chișinău - a manor with its own vineyard in Dănceni, terrace dinner over the vines and a broad tasting of Moldovan labels.
Doina și Ion pension is the Aldea-Teodorovici family project - a modern manor built in the village of Mileștii Mici, with 8 elegant rooms and a private 3-ha vineyard. The grounds include a large terrace open to the vineyard, a bonfire pit, an fire pit and a tasting cellar with a collection of 200+ carefully chosen Moldovan labels. Dinner is served either on the terrace or in the fireplace lounge - Romanian-Bessarabian-inspired cuisine with modern accents (smoked catfish, beef tenderloin with red wine, cheese-and-dill pie, quail with polenta). The weekend programme includes live music with acoustic performers and themed poetry evenings. Close to the Asconi, Vinăria din Vale and Castel Mimi wineries.
