Trattoria Della Nonna Dacia is the newer branch of the Italian trattoria founded by chef Salvatore Carbone, on Dacia Boulevard — interior with solid wood furniture, wood-fired oven in the middle of the room and a display case of imported Italian cured meats (prosciutto di Parma, salame Toscano, mortadella Bologna). The 10 pastas are all made daily in the open kitchen (tagliatelle al ragù alla bolognese, paccheri con scampi, ravioli ricotta-spinaci, gnocchi al gorgonzola), and Neapolitan pizza comes out in 90 seconds at 450°C. Coastal cuisine (Amalfi/Sicily): linguine alle vongole, oven-roasted branzino, parmigiana di melanzane. 70% Italian wine list, focus on Tuscany and Veneto.
