Lumen Craft Bakery is the small sister-shop of Lumen Craft Gastro, opened on the Eugen Doga Pedestrian in 2022 - an artisan bakery with sourdough breads fermented 48-72h, croissants laminated 6 times with French Beurre d'Isigny butter (the best technique in Chișinău), pain au chocolat with Valrhona chocolate, Danishes with seasonal fruits (apricots, sour cherries, blackberries, muscat nectar) and author patisserie (chestnut Mont Blanc, praline Paris-Brest, Breton kouign-amann). The day's bread (sourdough, baguette, ciabatta, rye, multigrain) comes out of the oven between 7:30 and 8:00. Lumen Roastery coffee (single-origin Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya) prepared by titled baristas. Small window-side tables for breakfast on site.
