DinoPark
Themed park with life-size dinosaurs along forest trails · 30+ T-Rex, brontosaurus and triceratops sculptures, plus a kids' play zone
1.5-hour walk along the forest trail with 30+ life-size dinosaurs, info panels in three languages, plus snack break at the parents' bar between rounds
DinoPark is Chișinău's go-to dinosaur theme park for kids — 30+ life-size sculptures (red-mouthed T-Rex, brontosaurus, triceratops, raptors) placed along circular trails through the forest off Calea Ieșilor. Each stop has an info panel in three languages with species, era and actual size. Beyond the dinosaurs there's a play zone with small trampolines, a snack bar for parents, ticketed taxi-meter rides and resting benches under the trees. A visit lasts 1–2 hours — perfect for a Saturday outing with kids aged 3–10. Limited winter hours — check the schedule. Crowded on Sunday afternoons.
- Life-size sculptures are genuinely impressive for kids
- Information panels in three languages (RO/RU/EN)
- Forest setting with shade and benches between exhibits
- Affordable ticket — fair value for a 1.5-hour visit
- Parents have a snack bar to rest in while kids explore
- Kid posing in front of the open-mouthed T-Rex with the forest as backdrop
- Wide shot of the trail with the brontosaurus silhouette through the trees
- Family group photo at the triceratops info panel

“The park was very much fun, with a lot of dinosaurs, roaring ones too, playgrounds, popcorn, cotton candy, sweets, drinks, etc. A big variety of activities and body art. The price for adults was 130 lei, for kids up to 12 it was 120 lei (June, 2024), for younger I imagine it is cheaper. Good place to spend time with kids.”
“The park is interesting for children, but the price is high considering the fact that the dinosaurs and the play equipment are in poor condition: torn and broken. The toilet is extremely dirty. We visited the park last year and the situation was exactly the same. Apparently the high entrance fees are not used for the maintenance of the place.”
“Kids were happy , but there are a lot of things you can improve to make it a better place to visit again. (WC, personal, kids interaction , security, etc. )”
- Crowded on Sunday afternoons — go in the morning or on a weekday
- Limited winter hours · check before going
- Add-on rides ticketed separately — budget extra if kids want them
- Snack bar is basic — for a real lunch, plan outside
