Gagauz Sofrasi is an ethno-tourism complex in Congaz village, Comrat district, Gagauzia, about 103 km in a straight line from central Chisinau. According to its own website, the complex combines a restaurant serving traditional Gagauz cuisine, an ethnographic museum on Gagauz history and daily life, a wine cellar called Gagauz Maazasi with wines from the region, an event hall called Favorit (maximum 250 people, per the site) and a small hotel (the site gives two different room counts: 10 on the services page and in the room listing, 20 on the homepage). The menu posted on the site, priced in Moldovan lei, lists dishes such as lamb kaurma, sarma (cabbage rolls), dolma (stuffed peppers), Gagauzian borscht and Gozlema (fried flatbread with sheep cheese), priced at 290 lei for hot lamb kaurma, 130 lei for the Gagauzian chicken soup, 120 lei for sarma and 50 lei for Gozlema, per the menu on the site.
