LUME Neobistro is chef Alex Hagi's project (formerly Manhattan Steak House, trained in Italy) — a small 24-seat neobistro on Bulgară street, with a 5-7 course tasting menu that changes every week based on what the chef finds at market. Modern cuisine with Moldovan roots: deer tartare with pickled cucumber, clarified chicken broth with pie, smoked catfish with creamy mămăligă, sous-vide lamb with Fetească Neagră reduction. 100% Moldovan wine list with sommelier pairings. Intimate atmosphere, minimalist earth-tone design, dinner only (reservation required). One of Chișinău's most serious chef's tables, exceptional value for the technique.

There was a wonderful set lunch menu for 25 Lei I chose the Beef starter and the Sea Bream fillet as a main. Both absolutely delicious and different with perfect presentation.
