Lumen Craft Smash & Fry

The smash burger address of the Lumen Craft chain, at Moscova boulevard 5, in Râșcani, open daily 10:00-22:00; the site is a delivery app in Russian, with four of the chain's addresses. Reviews of the food are good: "really solid flavors", the truffle smash burger and the pulled pork fries "super tasty and well made"; for someone else the classic was "really good, simple, well done, the kind you'd come back for", but the truffle "interesting, I wouldn't order it again", and the garlic fries "excellent, the garlic properly mixed in, not just thrown on top"; "good place, good fries and various burgers". The service, though, spoils the picture in three reviews. At opening, "lines were long: around 20 minutes to order and another 20 for the food, staff felt a bit unorganized and slow". One customer who called for a pre-order got no answer, wasted 20 minutes getting there and 5 finding parking, and was told at the counter that "the kitchen doesn't work", though it did, then that "the kitchen is full" · "the kitchen is not bad, the attitude is awful, the service is awful, the same problem as in many other Lumen Crafts". Another, on a third visit: "food is overall good, staff is rude and distracted, one of the cooks was shouting and cursing other staff members".
