Neems Coffee on Bulevardul Moscova 8 (Râșcani) is a charming café with nice design, a warm, quiet atmosphere, suited for working or a relaxed break · with a view and a good spot to sit. They serve coffee, drinks (including a praised sugar-free lemonade) and desserts. Open 8:30 AM-9 PM. It's relatively new (few reviews), but all very good. Good for a calm coffee away from the busy centre.
