A specialty coffee shop at Vasile Alecsandri street 115, in the centre, open daily from 8:00 on weekdays and 9:00 at weekends, until 20:00, with a Facebook page instead of a website. Reviews are unanimous on the coffee: "absolutely amazing, rich, smooth, and clearly made with care", from beans by Madheads Coffee Roasters, a specialty roaster from Ukraine; "maybe the best coffee in town"; one visitor had an anaerobic Ethiopian on V60, "perfect extraction, super chocolaty", served in a wine glass, which "perfectly compliments the rich wine culture of Moldova". There are also gin and tonics with "unique flavours", dessert and a ginger tea "tasty but didn't taste like a lot of ginger". “Pasio Coffee is such a lovely spot in Chișinău. The coffee was absolutely amazing — rich, smooth, and clearly made with care.
