Rozmarin Cafe is the kind of place where you come in for a coffee and leave 3 hours later - a large terrace shaded by climbing vine on Vlaicu Pârcălab, warm interior with vintage furniture, hanging plants and the smell of fresh bread. The kitchen serves all-day brunch with seasonal vegetable focus: shakshuka with feta and roasted peppers, eggs benedict with salmon, quinoa bowls, vibrant salads, homemade pasta (truffle-parmesan is the favourite), artisanal cakes (raspberry cheesecake, carrot cake). Specialty coffee (espresso, V60, flat white) and fresh fruit smoothies. Favourite of expats and freelancers - fast wifi, plugs at every table, calm even at lunch.

“We where there on special Saturday, and had special pasta from the chef , it was delicious like all other dishes we're ordered. The pasta also came with glass of wine from the restaurant, that was a nice touch. The personal is thery polite and positive. The atmosphere is nice and quiet.
