Cascada Parcani is a small, picturesque waterfall tucked into a mini-canyon between wooded hills near Parcani village, Soroca district. The water drops over layers of limestone tinted moss-green, and the canyon walls are covered in moss, ferns and young beech branches. No tourist signpost brings you here — directions get passed person to person, by GPS from those who've been before. The place has a deep quiet broken only by water murmur and birdsong. The flow isn't large, but the small, intimate landscape has a singular energy — feels like a secret realm. Best in spring and after heavy rain, when the waterfall runs full.
